CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment.

This allows someone else to schedule an appointment during the time you are not coming in, and prevents the loss of income for me.

If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to receiving your next scheduled appointment.

NO SHOWS
If you forget or forego coming to your scheduled appointment I request that you pay for these missed appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS
You will need to pay for a full session even if you are late and miss some of your scheduled time. I will do my best for you to receive as much time as is possible before the next client arrives.
